The purpose of this forum

I figured it would be a lot easier for us to get in contact with each other if we had a forum set aside for our specific major. It's a lot easier to just drop in and create a quick post that everyone has access to than sorting through everyone's email or facebook. A lot of times I find my questions can be answered by just talking to another student (or copying out of Shauna's notebook), and so this will probably go a long way in clearing up a lot of problems we come across.

This forum doesn't have to be super formal , and I'm fine with suggestions for the format and new boards.
