I've almost finished the lab report but I'm working on calculations for #5.
10X PCR buffer contains 20 mM of MgCl2. If I use 10 ul, what is the concentration?

It seems I needed to know the volume of the buffer that the MgCl is dissolved in.
What did everybody do with this?

Use C1V1=C2V2

The C1 is the original Concentratrion, the V1 is the amount used in a single PCR
The C2 is what you are looking for
V2 is the total volume used in the reaction (100 ul)
