Did she say in class what exactly it will cover? Is Lecture 6 (the one she did Monday) going to be on there?

Just lecture 1-5 will be on the exam. The worksheet she posted on Blackboard is a small review of what she expects us to know. She said to mainly focus on the notes, quizzes and lab report questions.
Make sure you know hoe to calculate transformation efficiency.
